Once you use this Application, it means that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by all the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, please stop using and delete this Application immediately.

2. Description of Service

This Application provides network acceleration services. By deploying acceleration nodes in multiple regions to optimize routing for users, it aims to help users improve network connection quality and reduce network latency. This Application is only for personal and lawful use, and shall not be used for any illegal, non-compliant, or infringing activities.

3. User Code of Conduct

You promise to abide by the following regulations when using this Application:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations of your location and the target region.
• Do not use this Application to engage in network attacks, data theft, distribution of malicious software, or other behaviors that harm others.
• Do not use this Application to disseminate prohibited content such as illegal material, pornography, gambling, or defamation.
• Do not reverse engineer, crack, tamper with, or redistribute this Application.
• Do not use this Application for any unauthorized commercial resale purposes.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights of this Application and related content (code, interface, icons, documents) belong to the SeeCloud team. Without written authorization, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or utilize any part of this Application in any form.

5. Disclaimer

This Application is provided on an "as is" basis, and we do not assume responsibility for the following situations:

• Service interruption or quality degradation caused by network environment, equipment conditions, or force majeure.
• Any legal liabilities arising from your violation of this Agreement or relevant laws and regulations.
• Any losses caused by third-party services or content.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services at any time without further notice.

6. Service Changes and Termination

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without prior notice. You can stop using this Application and delete it from your device at any time.

7. Agreement Modification

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Material changes will be informed in advance within the application or on the official page. Your continued use of this Application constitutes acceptance of the revised agreement.

8. Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the relevant laws. In the event of a dispute, both parties should first settle it through friendly consultation; if consultation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to a competent court for handling.
